a. Subscription Plans

  • You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@evolra.ai.

  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No additional charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.

b. Custom Plans or One-Time Projects

  • Cancellations for custom-built chatbot projects must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation to receive a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, partial refunds may be provided based on the stage of development and work already completed.

a. Standard Refund Window

  • We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on all subscription plans.

  • To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

b. Refunds After 7 Days

Refunds after 7 days are generally not issued, except in the following situations:

  • You are experiencing a persistent technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve.

  • There is a billing error or duplicate charge.

c. Custom or Enterprise Projects

  • Refunds for custom, white-labeled, or enterprise deployments will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope and status of work completed.

  • A service fee may be deducted if development has already started.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if any)

  • Add-on features delivered and consumed

  • Usage-based charges (e.g., API credits consumed)
